Questions merchants ask
- Do my partners need an account?
- No. Each partner gets a private portal link with live clicks, orders, earnings and balance.
- What happens to the discount?
- The app creates a real Shopify discount code, so normal discount rules, limits and expiry apply.
- How do partners get paid?
- You pay them directly and mark the payout as paid. The app keeps the record of what is owed and what is settled.
- What if a customer returns an order?
- Refunded or cancelled orders can be left out of the next payout, so commissions stay accurate.
